According to the Law of Attraction (aka the Law of Assumption), like attracts like. The thoughts we have have a corresponding effect on our lives, whether they’re positive or negative. At first glance, does the nature image above make you think positively about the Earth or did your mind simply not notice the beauty of it? This actually depends on your subconscious mind and what you are programmed to believe.
Optimism and constructive thinking attract positive experiences and outcomes into one’s life. Pessimism and negative thinking conversely attracts all the bad things you can think of, getting us further into what some would call “The Matrix.” Many people think negatively in the Matrix because they think they are a victim of their own life experiences when it is actually the opposite effect. By staying positively focused, we take control of our own health one step at a time. But skeptics will now ask this question which I will now answer here:

The Double-Slit Experiment: A Physics Perspective on Thought and Reality
A famous quantum physics experiment done back in 1801 shows the fundamental nature of reality. This double-slit experiment was originally conducted to test the behavior of particles like electrons or photons by firing them at a barrier with two closely spaced slits. The results showed that particles created interference patterns on a screen behind the barrier when not observed, so it’s as if they were waves.
In contrast, when measurements were taken to figure out which slit a particle passed through, the interference pattern disappeared. If the act of observation can affect the state and behavior of particles, it suggests that the observer’s intent or thought could potentially influence the outcome of a quantum event.
To put very simply, thoughts are energy. Thoughts are created by electrical signals called “action potentials” within the brain. We are spiritual beings in a physical body we call home.
